Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026. SCM Job is run by Global Supply Chain Council LLC (GSCC), a company registered in the United States. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

Browsing needs nothing from you

You can browse and filter roles without an account. We ask for an email address only if you sign up for alerts.

Member access

When a GSCC member enters the member password, our server checks it and gives the browser a pass that lasts 30 days. The pass is saved in your browser's local storage on that device. It does not identify you. It only shows that the password was entered. Signing out deletes it.

Email alerts

If you sign up for alerts, we store your email address and the markets and level you chose, so we can send them. We do not share your address. To unsubscribe or delete your address, write to job@gscc.co.

Your CV

The page reads your CV file inside your browser. Nothing leaves your device until a member clicks Match my CV. The CV text then goes to our AI service, which asks Anthropic's Claude to score the roles. We do not store your CV or the results. Anthropic processes the text under its commercial terms for business customers.

Job ads you check

The rule check runs in your browser. When a member asks for Claude's full read, the ad text goes to our AI service and to Claude in the same way. We do not store it.

Fair use limits

To keep AI costs in check, we count AI requests per member pass per day. We store a one-way fingerprint of the pass, never the pass itself, and nothing that identifies you.

Usage counts

We count anonymous events, such as page visits and clicks on the membership buttons, as daily totals. We do not store IP addresses or identifiers for these counts. Links to GSCC membership pages carry campaign tags, so we can see which buttons work.

Service providers

Supabase runs our database and data services in Singapore. Anthropic provides the AI features for members and may process requests outside your country. Our website host serves the pages and stores alert sign-ups. These providers keep standard technical logs, such as request times and IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Employer sites

Roles come from public employer careers sites and public job boards. When you open a role, you leave SCM Job, and the employer's own privacy policy applies.
